About LaReina & DIIIVA Events & Co.
Rooted in family, faith, and the art of staying connected

From my teenage years, I’ve always had a love for bringing people together — from backyard soirées and 4th of July barbecues to church gatherings and milestone celebrations. Those early moments of creating joy and connection planted the seeds for what would become a lifelong calling.
Much of that passion came from watching my mother host and plan family and community events with such grace, creativity, and care. I started by helping her — learning how every small detail contributes to the bigger picture — and, over time, I took on the mantle myself. What began as lending a hand grew into a deep personal love for creating experiences that make people feel seen, celebrated, and connected.
Over fifteen years later, that same passion has evolved into a career dedicated to crafting memorable experiences that celebrate people, purpose, and detail. I’ve worked professionally in the events and hospitality industry for more than seven years, coordinating everything from destination weddings and corporate conferences to intimate celebrations and large-scale brand activations. Every event has been a reflection of my belief that when people gather with intention, something divine happens.
When I moved to Birmingham in 2020, my journey took on new depth. Though I had already been immersed in events for years, the pandemic allowed me to reconnect with the heart of why I do what I do. While the world slowed down, I began creating and sending handmade greeting cards to loved ones as a small gesture of connection. That simple act rekindled my creative fire and reminded me how powerful it is to make people feel seen and valued.
From there, DIIIVA Events & Co. continued to grow — evolving from handcrafted designs to full-scale event coordination, campaign management, and production logistics. My work has spanned from brand ambassadorship and venue sourcing to guest experience and event delivery, including projects with the Together Coalition and Park Regis Birmingham.
One of the most meaningful chapters of my journey has been my involvement with the Highgate Gospel Choir on The Legacy Project. My grandfather was one of the founding pastors of the original Brookfield Church in the Highgate District — now known as NTCG The Rock— and he held the choir in the highest regard. To be part of a project 40 years later that honours his legacy felt like divine alignment. It brought together everything I love about events, community, and faith, and I felt covered by grace throughout the entire experience.
The name DIIIVA was chosen by my mother and carries deep family and spiritual meaning. The triple “I” represents both the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — as we are faith-based entrepreneurs — and the three Williams sisters, whose bond and legacy continue to inspire the heart of this family-rooted business. My mother’s influence has shaped every part of this journey — from how I approach hosting with intention, to the compassion, detail, and warmth that define the DIIIVA touch.
As I prepare to bring my experience back home to New York, I carry with me not just years of expertise, but generations of faith, family, and purpose. Every event I design is an act of love — created with care, intention, and the belief that the DIIIVA is truly in the detail.
